Walk-In Office

The office.

500 S Australian Ave, Suite 600, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 — on Australian Avenue, in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach, with easy access from Okeechobee Boulevard and I-95. No appointment needed: bring your documents and a photo ID, and the handoff takes about ten minutes.

Hours: Monday–Friday 8 AM–7 PM, Saturday 10 AM–5 PM, Sunday 12 PM–5 PM. The evening and weekend coverage is intentional — consulate deadlines ignore business hours, so we do too.

Walk-In Office

What happens at the counter.

Your documents get reviewed while you stand there: certification seals, notarization completeness, whether the document type can take a Florida apostille at all. Anything wrong surfaces in minutes — with exact fix instructions — rather than weeks later via returned mail.

Anything needing notarization gets it right there — you sign before our notary and the document walks out apostille-ready. Payment (card, Zelle, or cash) happens at handoff, you leave with a receipt showing your timeline, and we call the moment your apostilled documents return.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I really not need an appointment?

Really. Walk-ins are how this office works. Want guaranteed zero wait? Call ahead and your file will be started before you arrive.

What should I bring?

Bring the documents, a government-issued photo ID, and — if something still needs notarizing — leave it unsigned so you can sign in front of our notary.

Is there parking on Australian Avenue?

Yes — parking is available at the building and in public lots within a short walk of the office.

Can someone drop off documents on my behalf?

Yes — a relative, assistant, or courier can drop off and collect documents. Notarizations are the exception: the signer has to appear personally. Everything else, any trusted person can handle.
